UK Shipping Options: Our UK Standard Delivery service typically requires a delivery time of 3-4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a reference number for your parcel. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We strive to meet all delivery times, but occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Uk Next Day Delivery: To ensure next day delivery, please place your order before 12 noon from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day and delivered the next working day thereafter. For orders placed after 12 noon on Friday, dispatch will occur on the following Monday, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday. Once dispatched, you will receive a reference number for your parcel, with tracking information updated within 24 hours.
International Shipping: Delivery times and costs will vary based on your location. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout for detailed information. All international orders are subject to customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
