Refunds and Returns
At Seerah we strive to provide the highest quality and satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Store Credit: Alternatively, we can provide store credit for the amount of the returned item, which can be used for any future purchase. Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding but due to specific considerations, we are presently unable to process returns.
